Yes, this is absolutely real. Many houses/cabins up here do not have running water (even in town). So... You build these 50ft from your house and then move it when the pile gets too close to your @ss. I'm not kidding about that either. Some of you have seen my other posts on what it's like to live here. This place is no joke. The things people will do to live here.... Boggles my mind (Obviously i'm not from here).

I am looking for a used hockey stick someone is willing to donate for the task. Perhaps you have an old warped stick that has cost you more than one goal in a game? Why not exile that hockey stick to a lifetime of battering someone else's frozen waste? I know this is silly, but it is a sincere request. (Please, no kids hockey sticks. They are too short and not likely strong enough for the task.) Please reply to this post if you can make a hockey stick donation."
