Aiding the plague, last night I was trying to sleep. Wound up smoking some reefer. Didn't want to do that though since its my throat that's hurting.

Went to the doctor today and got some meds. Got some lidocaine gargle s**t that tastes nasty as f**k. Been mixing it with mouthwash and its helping so that's good. Off work until Tuesday next week though. It's strep :/

zzzquil worked on me a few times, but I am so jacked up on caffiene I do not stay asleep long. Also have a script for ambien, but that s**t will f**k you up. Since it's strep throat you should probably just stick with what the doc gave you, but for a cold or something of that order I always say a hard workout seems to help more than anything. Like if you have a physical job work your ass off and you'll feel much better.
I sleep walk with ambien. No bueno
