My goal when I get a second job is to put away at least $400 a week towards the build. Not going to be as easy as cake but I think it's a manageable goal as long as my little bit of overtime at work is steady and I get a part time job that produces me a $200 paycheck or more a week.
And if need be... hook on the weekends :thumbs up

$1600 a month is a s**t ton to drop into a build constantly.

All of that 1,600 won't go into the build at once but ill definitly throw some of that into my saving but when I start engine building and getting ready for the swap most o that money will go towards the swap. Some weeks I might be only able to save like 250 due to stuff popping up or bills being close together depending on the weeks they fall on. As of now I pull down about 500 a week from my job. I'm saving about 200 a week into my saving and some weeks I can pull 300 if I don't do anything like going out to eat and only drive to and from work. My total bills for the month are about 400 so I have plenty to throw away into the piggy bank. I just have to be mature and stick to the plan.

Well I'm hoping to purchase my A-Spec Racing subframe reinforcement brace this week. For now that's all I'm buying for my suspension to call it decent for now. I still have to get new OEM bolts B4 this all goes on. Next ill work on getting a front lip, two new tires for the rears and some fresh OEM parts for the front suspension. Then it's swap time.

Well Bambi ran into the side of my car. It's dark out so I can't tell if its any real damage but so far it left me with a line down the side of my quarter panel and deer slob.

Dang dood! The exact same thing happened to me except it was Bambi's dad! Lol but I drive like a granny on the way home through the mountains I get passed a lot, but stick to being alert and cautious. I barely saw him sprint across the road and I braked and swerved around him( I was going 50 mph) he hit the same spot and I was blessed to only have a tiny scratch from his rack, and lots of face juice too.
Way to go on the 2nd job as well! That's my plan in January. It sounds like we have similar plans for our build finances, I think after I get a good cushion of cash to sit on ill decide where I want to from there.

As soon as this happen I thought about you. Idk maybe deers like running into red civics. I was driving up a main road and I saw one deer crossing the road so I flashed my lights and he ran across but I guess his buddy was behind him.

There are tons of deer up by my house. I saw one stand on the side of the road so I slowed way down and threw on the hazards. Going about 10mph start to go past him. He full sprints into the side of my car, lucky I was still primered didn't hurt anything.

Decided to hold off on the subframe due to a high number of ppl's cars being stolen. Instead I'm gonna focus on security.

Feel free to pm me on security. It's my job and if you know how to steal a civic you know how to make it hard.
