Only thing I could see for a size identification on the the sheets are 0.050 and 0.040. I have 3 sheets of .050 and 1 sheet of .040Well ur gonna want something pretty thick for a skid plate. And something thin for a diffuser...

18 ga. And 20 ga. I would use the 18 gauge for the pan and the 20 for the diffuser
