'99 Si build

I've got a '99 Si that i'm building. I've posted before and learned alot from clubcivic's members. I've got a Jackson Racing SC boosting 5-7psi. I've ordered a stage 2 clutch and 9.75lbs flywheel and will have those.installed once they arrive. The SC was installed prior to me owning the car and my mechanic tells me it was never tuned. He said there was a valve attached that increases fuel flow based on boost. So I need to know what would be the best yet affordable tuning system. Was looking at Hondata S300 v.2. Is this a good system? Once I purchase a tuning system I plan to instal water/meth injection and increase boost to 10psi. With a good tune and those mods on top of my CAI and full exhaust and headers what do you think my hp will be? I'm hoping for around 250hp with those mods until I can save up for some more in depth internal mods. Thanks, appreciate the help of both this forum and its members.

Just convert to OBD1, get a chipped p28 from xenocron or phearable and find a good tuner and they will use whatever software they are most firmiliar with. DevilsOwn makes a great alky/meth/water injection kit.

How difficult and pricey is the obd1 conversion and chipped p28? The s300 v.2 says I will be able to program in a launch control as well as adjust vtech. Can this be done on the p28? Will do some research myself later when have more time. About the power, will I be around 250 with 10psi, water/meth, and my current mods with good tune? And I've been hearing about this Vitara build, said those pistons are good for 450-500hp. True? Thanks.

If I remember correctly an s300 is $499 plus you need an obd1 ecu to put it so your looking at between $600-700 for hondata or you can buy an obd2b-obd1 for $70 and a obd1 chipped ecu is between $100-250 and the free version of crome should be good to go. I have launch control on my crome tuned turbo civic and my Cel is used as a shift light also
