Ok I have two questions, one I want to instal a cruise control in my 96 hatch. What Is a good brand to get?

And also I want to get a set of hid's. What is a good brand for highs and lows?

For the cruise control just get the OEM parts used and for the HIDs do a retrofit.

oem is the best way to go
and if you get plug and play hid;s the light will scatter and be worse than what you had before
research the retrofit john did a great write up on this site about it.
