That's true. I know it's not the end of the world but it's frustrating when it takes a week to process an order of one item and it shows that it's going to show up 3 days after Christmas. I could have bought the 3 day shipping but the timetable that they gave me for standard UPS said it would be here in time. It's the 3rd time I've had some kind of issue with them. I was hesitant to go through them but they were the only site I'd heard of before that had what I was looking for this time.It's the holiday season. Almost everyone is slow around this time. Weksos just screwed Koopa over recently. They are good when it comes to common items
Atleast ur getting ur part eventually. I put $200 out on a part and will never get it...
I've bought from JHP a couple times and didn't have a problem at all. Like CHILD said, the holiday season is mayhem for almost any business that does well.Old thread but bringing this one back to life.
I placed an order last week and it took them a full week to process it after sending me an email saying 1-3 days. 3 days is slow anyways and they were still late. I usually avoid them but couldn't find this particular part anywhere else so I figured what the hell. It's not a huge deal but just another example of their typical s***ty service to add to the pile.
Yeah I get that but I don't have a whole lot of sympathy either considering that this is my 4th transaction with JHP and 3 of my orders have had problems. I'm not saying people shouldn't order from them, I just knew that this thread was out there so I thought I should add to it. I'll admit that I'm probably a little more frustrated than I would normally be because of the timing but I just wanted to put it out there.
