basically the fluid can change viscosity very quickly when subjected to a magnetic field. and yes, it's very interesting. i believe the past two generations of corvettes have used this technology in their suspension, with more and more high end vehicles using it these days.

Ugh I really want my pistol permit so badly... I just want to own a gun again in general. Maybe I'll get myself another shotgun for my birthday this year.

I love being able to carry with a permit, yet I rarely do, lol. Still trying to convince my wife to get herself a CCW permit, but first I need to get her to a range.

Range first sounds like a good idea. Lol

Loving the random gun talk =) being an enthusiast myself (I use that term loosely, I just really love guns)

once i deposit my check i am buying a few more extended mags for some different guns i have, a few boxes of 380 acp and 25 auto target rounds, hornady critical self defense 380 rounds, more 7.62 ammo and more 12 and 20 gauge shells.
im stocking up before all of this s**t gets hard to get.
wish i had the money to buy another assualt rifle, but i really dont i am however not in the market, but if i come up on a deal on another used pistol or 12 gauge then i will go ahead and get it.
A buddy has an sks he may be putting up for sale if he does i will get first dibbs on it. i would get that over the others cause i know he will sell it to me dirt cheap with ammo.

call insurance? it would depend on the value of what was taken + cost of repairs. go get an estimate.

Liability that doesn't cover it. Haha. Just a s***ty situation.
That's exactly why I pay a bit more for comprehensive liability. They won't cover my piece of s**t Civic for anything else, but if it's broken into or stolen, it's completely covered.

Really want a tactical .223! I don't even know why, they're just badass guns. I need to get a 9mm or a .40 first, though. Sig Sauer is in my future!

a modified car and liability insurance only?? wow never a good idea.
It's hard to get anything other than liability out here in California on older cars (anything 10+ years old, unless it's financed. Even then sometimes..). I'm not sure if it's a different story in other states, but I had to haggle with my insurance company (Progressive, btw) to get comprehensive. They flat out told me "if your car were to endure anything over $1500 worth of damage, we'd total it out. Period." lol.

Wow crazy, I havent had a car loan in years and all my cars have full coverage and additional coverage that I carry that covers up to 20k in added and modified parts. If anything happens they just cut me a check for the value of them no questions asked. It also includes all OEM. I also have no deductible to if theft or accident I pay nothing out of pocket. Its nice to have

I'm going to assume you either pay out the ass, or you have pristine credit/driving history. My insurance company would laugh at me if I asked for that, or tell me to bend over and bite the pillow, cause they're going in dry.
