Check post #977. Those are all the links for the stuff I use to do my wiring. I get it at partsexpress.com. They are a great site.
Ah my bad, didnt notice it. Thanks, I plan on going back an redoing my harness with that stuff.

That looks awesome, nice job Reed. How come you have those zip ties on the heat shrink?

Ballin! Looks amazing! I loved doing my wiring harness. Feels really rewarding and it looks so good even after the first wires. Keeps you pushing forward seeing the cleanliness as you go!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Thanks guys. I always saw places that sell harness (Rywire, Wireworx, etc) do zip ties like that but I never understood why. I did my engine harness and didn't use zip ties and eventually the heat shrink will stretch at the breakouts. So I decided to try zip ties, like the pros do, on this harness.

I know exactly what you mean. It is so satisfying to have a nice, neat, completed harness. My engine harness is terrible in comparison so I'll definitely be redoing that.

I too also plan on redoing mine. I need to get a better heat shrink. Ive seen some guys double up there heat shrink. Cut a size to cover the loom and wire. Then use a slightly bigger diameter and longer and then cover that up! I just need to redo a small bit of mine!

I usually do electrical tape then cover that with heat shrink. Depending on the size/number of wires in a grouping and the size of the pins it can sometimes be a pain to get the heat shrink over the pins and onto the wire. You definitely learn a lot by doing it once though.
