Ok, here we go..

couple weeks ago I changed my head gasket, since then I noticed my RPM's are running a little high, (about 200-300 more than usual)

I dont pay it any mind until last night when I was reading a fluctuating RPM gauge and high RPM's can be a vacuum leak. Opened the hood this morning to swap out my leaking vtec solenoid gasket and I start poking around. I noticed one of my vacuum lines in the lower back of my intake manifold isnt attached. I attach it and go on my way...

swapped out the vtec solenoid and changed my oil, no bubbles no troubles!

I then realize I have swapped out the vtec solenoid gasket between the solenoid and the head (PN 15825-P2M-005)
after doing this I start heading to the dealer to get the second gasket thats still leaking oil...and here's question 1...

What gasket is this, I can't find it online anywhere? It's the rubber gasket between the top half and bottom half of the vtec solenoid?

My next issue is that I left the house in the car to try and goto the dealer to get that gasket and after my engine warmed up, about 2 miles from home I stop at a red light and my RPM's drop to about 100, if not under.

I saw a 7/11 so I stop to grab a monster and being that my RPM's were just a little high with the vacuum line unplugged, I unplugged it.

Pulled out of 7/11 to head home cause I was concerned about the RPM's and I had to get on the throttle just a little to get into traffic and my car bogged down to s***, check engine light came on and ran rough as hell.

I get the car home, cant drive over 20 mph and shut it off, plugged the vacuum line back in the car and let it sit about 5 minutes.

went back out started it up and now it's idling fine at about 500 RPM?

any guesses?

That picture you have shows the VTEC solenoid gasket.

Have you tried adjusting your idle via idle screw (the proper way)?

This. If all vacuum lines are adjusted properly, adjust idle via Idle Adjustment Screw on the TB. Do it with the engine on, in real time. It's easiest to have two people there (one to monitor RPM's, one to adjust screw).

If you want to see if you have any more vacuum leaks, here's an easy method (people are gonna flip about this, but it works). Get a squirt bottle, put it on mist, and LIGHTLY mist the vacuum lines you assume are leaking, with the car on. If you see bubbling, you've found your leak.

???

The recommended idling RPM according to the Haynes manual is 670 +/- 50 (zero load, after radiator fan has kicked on at least twice).

Your throttle cable may be set different than before the head gasket change. Backing the bolts out and back on can easily cause a +/- few hundred RPM difference than before.
