And that is exactly why I barter for at minimal, a 10% increase in salary. Sounds like a lot, but otherwise it doesn't matter.

$185.64 to be exact. It was 4.5% which equated to like $.88 an hr i think. Put me at $20.48/hr.

I should have. I am the highest level tech on the help desk and the highest paid. One of the only with a bachelor degree and will graduate in Dec with my Masters. 5.5 years of tenure too. Have a feeling once I graduate I'm out even though it will mean paying back all my tuition money.

10% of normal wages is around $1/hr more. If you arent getting more than a dollar in a raise then u need a new job...

How many hours per week do you average?

Yeah. $7.14 x 26 pay periods. Exactly 40. No overtime really. Maybe a few hrs every 2 months.

Dealer actually did me right. Paid my car off completly and gave me 200 extra. Then took 500 off the new car . And it has a lifetine warranty on the motor .trans. And axles and such. With a 50 dollar deductable. And its getting brand new wheels and tires. And full detail.. So im a owner of another honda!
