Hahahaha...

My income tax return is only $600. Car is on the way, check for 3/4 is in the glove box, and I expect it back in a week.
I'm expecting about $2k back, but I did my estimator, and it showed I'm only getting $800. If that's the case, I have $500 right now, so with that $800, I'll have $1300. I'll just dump that into tools and the EJ8 I have now. If I DO get the $2k, I'll save up about $4500 or so and get a nice GSR DC2.

I'm fairly certain ill owe on my taxes this year. 3/4 of last year was at a part time job.

And that sucks about the dealership. I hate mechanics that half ass s**t. That is exactly why I do as much work as I can on my own. If I can't do it, I have very knowledgeable car friends or friends that work at shops that I know I can trust.

I happen to know a few higher ups there so I told them I would not be missing work to bring it over, so the techs have to stay after tonight till I get there at 6 with the car. I could have gone earlier I make my own schedule but I wanted to make them suffer as much as possible. He said I wasnt allowed to watch at first but then I stated if your simple minded techs can mess up a headlight install which someone with down syndrome can accomplish then who knows what else they are capable of. I stated either I stand there and watch inside or your techs can come outside in the rain and work either way doesnt bother me the least.

Getting one person fired was quite easy, he had his facebook profile open and shows multiple posts of illegal substances, I have emialed them to every manager at the dealership stating this is the type of person you employ and a link to his profile. Problem will fix itself along with a few other tricks to make sure he doesnt get hired at any other locale dealership =)

Sitting at Starbucks taking notes on crankcase ventilation. I'm starting to figure out what I'm going to do.

Except this f**king homeless guy sitting at my table is talking to himself and dancing. And it's very distracting. Then hopefully I'm running up north to my welder to see what we can come up with with this whole downpipe and wastegate business.

Well of course
:thumbs up

I actually ran without a catch can for a while, and a simple breather filter on my valve cover. Not a good idea. There was blow by and sediment all over the place lol. Definitely run something, but using a vacuum source on the valve cover is SKETCH. It's a science. If it's off by a little, you can produce too much vacuum (easy), and destroy your valve train. Although, low vacuum is fine. It's up to you, really, but I'd say run a catch can with a return system, and you'll be golden. If tucked, they look nice.

Really love how I have to only go to school from 9:30-12:30 now, taking automotive and creative writing courses.
More time to work on my car the rest of the day and work!.
Lined up my driver side fender on my 240, and threw on new signal covers for the front bumper.
Still needs some work before I can take it out on the roads again, can't wait.

Damn, site has been slow the past few days!

Boss is out of work for a few days, so it's nice and quiet at the office. I love it when it's like this, because I can actually get work done without the boss trying to micromanage (and failing miserably).

Got back to the house around 4 am from a job. Just waking up. This night crew s**t sucks, but atleast im not having to stay on location for days like normal.

Laying in bed surfing cc and waiting for my next callout.

Sounds like im headed home friday. Pretty excited to see my daughter and sleep in my own bed!

Snapped a pic last night on location.

Also coming back to the shop it was foggy as s**t. Visibility of probably only about 8-10 ft and below zero. It was crazy. The truck just iced over lol.
