Random Misfire Codes, Help Please!

99 Honda Ek Coupe,
So My Cel Came On My Friend Scanned It, and these misfire codes came up
P0301
P0303
P0304
P0300
P01399

i know 1-4 is all cylinders but what could be triggering these off? and other 2 i have no idea what could be my car feels like it doesn't have the same acceleration and power to the pedal as it did before i just changed spark plug wires not even 100 miles ago need help anything would help!

Not sure how much it would affect it but were the plugs gapped correctly?

Change the spark plugs, distributor cap, distributor rotor and make sure the wires are in the correct firing order. Also make sure the gap is correct as 98ej8 noted.

I just has a cylinder 2 misfire the other day, did everything above and it went away.
