I feel like they're less intense versions of Hasports
I'd say Hasports without paying for the name. I got mine free with my engine. They have held up as well as my friends Hasport mounts

That would be nice. But Seattle people like to be up SUPER early. All the time.
Down here in Fife none of the higher end brands have their service open on Saturdays except us. BMW Northwest...closed,Jaguar/Land Rover...closed, Mini not a high end, but still...closed.

We should be. It is typical for me to close out under $500 gross (not profit) sales on Saturdays. Most of the time is is around or under $100. He loses money by us being here most of the time, but wants to be open so that ONE customer out of a blue moon can get waited on.

That's so weird. Where do you work and what do you do?

Porsche of Tacoma (Part of the Larson Auto Group). Parts Specialist. Certified in Audi as well.
Oh nice. I want to eventually be an advisor for a more high end brand.

Same BS to deal with just snobbier customers. Some are excellent but most are pretty tough to deal with.

Once had a guy tell me that he wants some free gear because he "just paid for mine and the service advisor's salaries". He paid NOTHING. Got the transmission replaced under warranty...

Then there are the guys that buy a Cayenne (the SUV for those that don't know) or a Boxster for dirt cheap at an auction and expect that the service and parts prices should match.

I could see it. Over here at Kia I have customers who think that everything should be under warranty. But most of them are cool as hell.

How do you guys get jobs at dealerships? That seems like a fun place to work at.
Barely graduate high school...

Sounds like you could get a job at one considering you end sentences with prepositions :thumbs up

Lol. I never even graduated...I was in jail!!

Kidding.

Takes more than you would think. At least at this level of dealership. Our service advisor has a business degree, so does our service manager. I have an associates because I didn't finish the 4 years on account of opening up a cabinet distribution business with my dad. We closed because of the economy and the fall of the housing market so here I am. Have yet to go back and finish my degree because I don't really need it at the moment.

I had to go through quite a bit of training to get certified in Porsche and Audi. Service has it worse than we do on the training level.

On the whole though, I wouldn't really recommend it. There is too much BS politics that have to do with dealerships at least at this level. I would be a LOT happier at an independent shop personally.
