Gentlemen. Behold:
The Elder Scrolls Online

It's exactly what it sounds like: Skyrim online, on a HUGE scale. The graphics are obviously scaled down a slight bit, but apparently gameplay is very similar. And it's an MMO.
I've known about that but I've never been into playing on the pc

Yea same here. ^^

I mean I have played on a pc, a gaming pc and it was nice, but not enough to drop 1-2k on it when I have a console that I'm used to. Even then I still don't want to play games on my laptop since they're not as high definition as my HDTV and Sexbox 360.

I built my gaming PC for under a grand and it will run circles around any console graphics and is upgradeable. The trick to building a gaming pc is buy everything with long warranty at like best buy, then a year down the road say it has intermittent issues and they will give you the price of it towards something new. I haven't had to pay for upgrades in a long time =)

Well I'm thinking about parting with the coupe.
Welcome to life, girl. I'm so over the Southern California Honda scene. It's a competition on who can throw more stickers on their car, who can be lowest, and who can steal the most cars before being caught/killed. It's not like it was when I was a teenager anymore. I have no desire to mod this coupe (admittedly, it was coming and going. It's all but gone now). I'm getting rid of it soon here. I'll show you guys what I'm getting

I've known about that but I've never been into playing on the pc
I don't have the time to dedicate to an MMO. I don't feel like sacrificing large amounts of my personal time playing an online game. I'd rather bike/work out/be outside. I work around computers all day, I'm tired of them when I get home lol.

You can actually build a good gaming PC for like $800 now. Still not worth it, IMHO.

you both sounds like you only play the vanilla versions of games.

this is vanilla skyrim for pc which probably already looks better than ps/xbox

my machine is 4 years old so i havent gone crazy with the mods either to make it look like that either.

I think skyrim on a high spec HDTV looks great. Plus I can play it from the comfort of my own bed, on a platform that I'm familiar with.

But to each his own. I know a tricked out computer set up would look way better than a tricked out tv/Xbox setup.

Same here I can play anywhere with console, I just think it would be more comfortable than playing on a desk all the time.

Yikes. That's really frightening. You probably shouldn't tell people that.

No. NO. Not even close. World of Warcraft is god-awful. MMO's are generally awful. They suck up a lot of your time. Skyrim is, well.. it's Skyrim. It's in a league of it's own. I can play Skyrim occasionally, I don't need to dedicate my f**king life to it, all to benefit a bunch of fat neckbeards that like to raid and scream over TeamSpeak. I HATE MMO's/Online gaming.
