so im about to buy the koni gc setup for my 95 coupe im just wondering what spring rates you guys like to go with. ground control reccomends 300/350 but i read a lot of people like to go 400/450. Now im not going to go way f'in super low seeing as how i have a body kit all around but i think it would be fun to get it a lil lower once the snow clears up. what do you guys recomend?

I have 300/350 on my hatch, go to my thread to see how low I am. If you slam it they say 400 and most people who track do 400+
