I cleaned the little filter with some brake cleaner. It was some carbon build up so I'll see if it makes a difference.

Xxr 531 don't have studs, real or fake. There's tons of wheels with a similar design to this. Not sure what they are

Well yea I'm def getting new wheels by the beginning of summer. Kind of mad I just got new tires for these wheels. Idk I may just keep them as winter wheels but ill clean them up when spring gets here and see how the car sits once I lower it. But I heard the best way to restore OEM wheels are to strip them and just re clear. Anyone ever tried?

never tried that, but the people i know that have done them thats the way they have done it
It seems to be the easiest way but a lot of people say that they never look factory after you restore them.

Not sure but it will most likely be yosolo. He is the king of Kseries. There's a few others around though just not as good.

Well no update but just refreshing my plans. When it gets warmer and most of the snow has melted I am going to take a whole weekend to work on the car. Here is the run down.

-Put the car on all 4 jack points and remover all four wheels.
-Clean, degrease wheels and brake system
-install new inner and outer tie rods
-install front coilovers
-install rear coilovers
-install asr subframe brace
-install Function 7 Lca's
-install Benen tie bar
-install folding mirrors
-wash,clay bar & wax car

I have to get this done in time for the Bakerz Auto Salon meet on the 24th of march. After I brake in the new suspension I plan to install the Asr 24mm sway bar and she how the car handles. If I don't feel I need the sway bar I'll sell it or keep it for a later date when it can be beneficial. I'm also looking into a steering wheel setup. I plan to go to as many events this year as I can. Including going to the track to see what my car runs for shits and giggles.
