keep up the work over there. sub'd. Your wheel choice seems very familiar haha. I have Hyper silver 531's. Felt the polished look would be wierd for a daily car. Scratches and all would look bad and maybe too flashy. what color are you thinking? honestly I tried to order the enkie 92's but they were out of stock when I tried two different websites. Then went towards the 531's for the low offset and preordered them. took about two and a half months.

Thanks man! I know when you get beck in the states you will put in some good work. keep the updates going. I plan to correct the camber back to zero, and I wanna learn how to do my own alignments to for intro steps to track racing my car.
For the rims I tried og oldskools and they were out of stock, thank god cause I am not a fan of them now. then tried the og SANs with the same outcome. tried to source out bbs rs's but don't have the security for those rims just yet. I wanted an unmodified set which I couldn't find. and they are a tad overplayed still would be awesome. found memmoryfab was an interesting site and a possible place to get them. Then tried to source out regamasters but wanted more offset and the 531's came out at the time I was giving up and I love them now.

Off topic: I have a stepbrother in the army stationed in texas by dallas I believe. He's been in it for two years. Thanks for your service overseas.

no problem man your welcome..........

i will start buyng stuff soon and have my wife take pictures as they come in the mail just debating on what exactly i want to purchase seeing as im limiting myself to 2500 for upgrades..( wife wants a house so time to save)....also your car besides rolling the fenders did you have to do anything alse with the xxr's .....and im guessing it cambered itself pretty good once lowered i just dont want to ruin a new set of tires once i get back....in the past i didnt car but im a little more appreciative of money now a days...lol.......

Yeah the camber fell to -3.5 and -4 range. Note I am all the way down in the front on my function form type 1's and i have about and inch and a half left to go down in the back. ChildEk is set diferently and I am sure has better tread life than I do. My camber wears the tires in the front decently but the back is fine. I've driven about 10000 miles and my tires are decent still. Alignmentt at a reputable place is key. Just want almost no camber to fully reduce the wear. Like maybe -1.5 in the back and <-.5 in the front. When you lower in the front there is a fender peice you might want to fold/hammer back hidden behind the top of the wheel well(this is if you go low enough). It can cut into your wheel but look into it before you lower and check out behind the plastic well. i can post a pick when you are ready. For a tip if someone tells you to cut any fender peices to roll easier talk to me first about it. I have a lot of knowlegde behind flaring and rolling. My car may not be the picture perfect canvas but I learned well from it. Best way is with the eastwood roller and a heat gun and do it slowly, very little pressure and if you be patient and do the rolling/flaring gradually everything will be perfect. I had some ingenuity behind my methods but would have been happier to have just used the eastwood the first time. I'll let you know if I think of any more stuff.

yeah im going to either see if i can rent one or go to a shop n get it done

Lol yes Hartford is just like that. Only mostly the guys with the evo's and sti's. not to many Hondas over here are setup to handle that kind of driving.

Ok so idk what to do need you guys to give some opinions...... I wanted to to the mods I posted at the start of this build.... But I also have two cousins both have 6th gens one k swapped and the other ls vtec who is about to boost most likely ...... I don't want to be the slowest or the ugliest ... Car out of the group..... Should I stick with my guns and do all the mods I wanted to do originally...... Or should I just boost the ls...... If I boost what do you guys think of the treadstone performance b series kit????????.............. Or should I just not do sir bumpers and get the 531's suspension and a cheap eBay kit....... Keep in mind I'm giving myself only $2500 to do mods

Need opinions thanks

Well first off, don't compare your car to theirs and think you have to rush your mods to catch up, you'll cut corners and buy cheap stuff that you'll have to spend money twice on. I'm telling my brother he same thing. I've had my car a year with barely any mods and my bro blew through his tax return just cause his car was stock. Do what ever it is YOU want to do. Kanjo is very popular right now thanks to car craft boon, so if you want to tune like that, leave your car alone and put money into your suspension. Over there they are doing the USDM parts now. so you car already looks like the cool cars in Japan lol. Be patient and really think about your mods, and do what you want to do.

That's a great plan! Patience is the most important skill in any car build.

This is Furukawa of car craft boon's type r hatch redone with usdm CX trim, local jdm wheels equivelant to CCW in the us, and a swapped b18c R turbo. That's an ek9 stripped of the trim we covet in the states.

Edit: oh your welcome! I'm sure you would've found out about them anyways as much as you research into stuff.
