Looks fishy.. A 99 si with 57k?? Bumpers and trunk not aligned.. I'd take a good HARD look at it. If it checks out, clean title, i'd buy it all day long.

Like I said not 100% on that but from the bumper and deck lid.
But if the title is clean I prolly would jump on that 57k is nothing!

Go see it and get some pictures of the motor...... If it is and si n not just a civic badged to look like one I would snatch it up you could always buy yourself a cheap shell and swap everything into it

it was probably stolen before, its ridiculous on how bad they steal civics here in houston. ask him for the vin number and you will then find out it if its legit SI or not

To be absolutely sure ask him what the VIN number is. If positions 4, 5, and 6 are EM1 then it's an Si.

Gotcha, New York doesn't have any kind of colors with there titles so I wasn't sure. Thanks for clearing that up for me

That's a bit too low mileage for that price unless it was owned by older people.... I bought my em1 for $3500 with 115k miles on it. But it had a rebuilt title, and a few other issues. For people who also find these deals, check for a b16a2 engine among si only details.

Most importantly and probably one of the most telling signs, check the VIN. Look for "EM1" in there.
