What he said. ^^
That thing looks like a piece of s**t it looks way too red than the original color MR EM1, and why would you want to buy a car with a rebuilt title? Seems like you're asking for trouble down the line. Since you're new to the Honda game I'd suggest getting some stock and working from there just look for a stock EM1 I can get one for less than that and not a clone. Besides I wouldn't go with junk 2, go with apexi ws2 or yonaka if you can't afford the apexi which I'm sure you can't.

Ask for the vin number to see if it's real, and I'd probably buy it If the clear wasn't peeling. Also ask to see if it has been wrecked.

Okay, Idk i like that red one, if nothings bent. It has no rust, new paint everything looks fine. Prolly put some rotas or xxr's on it. then move on to performance

Last thing you need to worry about is beating a srt 4 ..... I personally would buy it but that's because I know that in parts alone at the end of the day the cars worth it... If I was using my own money..... I doubt that your mom will have a smile on her face when u get a car that will potentially have problems in a couple of months..... At 16 you really don't need a b16 in your life..... Chances are you will probably end up blowing the motor either over revving it or trying to race srt 4's for example...... Buy yourself a stock unmollested car and start from their get some experience in the game and learn the basics before you try to do anything major.... I say get yourself a stock car make it look nice then worry about making it fast...... Modifying cars gets expensive real fast n subway ain't going to cut it for what you have in mind......in my opinion...... Welcome to the site

Don't waste your money kid, buy something reliable AND DON'T MOD IT, then get a little race/show car afterwards

I give you credit for working at 16. If your mom helps you out by buying the car then fantastic. If people on the internet don't agree then so the f%^& what, it's your life. hehe
Go pick your car out but remember... No rattles, smoke, pulling left or right, leaks, etc. and make sure it's an Si if your dead set on one. If positions 4, 5, and 6 in the VIN are EM1 then it's an Si.

Funny. I'm 16 too, yet my parents are making me pay for my car, my insurance, all the repairs, registration, all the mods... everything! I work too, but only on the weekends making about $120 cutting grass. This kind of makes me appreciate my parents' decision. It'll make me baby my car because I'm sure as hell not gonna be forking out money to pay for repairs when I don't have to lol. Good luck with your car anyway. My advice: look for something stock, then you can start "fresh" and customize it however you like. The more stock it is, the better.
