my family and I went to the hospital for the unveiling of the check amount and I got to talk to Jackie and Bender some more since the day I went to present my own check it was during on-air time..and they really are great. When I donated my money I waited for the time that a company would double whatever amount the donators donate, so the amount I donated doubled! Great feeling to help these kids out.

Well. I just had a customer call who was so unecessarily rude and vicious I started crying infront of all my customers. He said some things that hit me hard with where I'm at right now and it legitimately ruined my day. Normally I can handle the harassment with this field but the way he said it, and the things he said got to me really bad.
Well I hope they fall in a pit full of HIV infected syringes.

If all else (and if your boss is rad like my old boss) just come up with witty insults that go over their head, such as "Oh nice, that's cool. You check your blood pressure today? It seems a heart attack is eminent, what with you raging over everything and all. Just concerned for your health, bud!"
Boss is out for the rest of the day after absolutely flipping out on my secretaries and accounting staff. I felt bad..
