I get the runs if I eat a sub from subway with like 10-15 jalapeno slices.

Egg white omelette with one yoke, cheese and ham. Cup of mudslide coffee straight black, cutting dairy out of my diet.
Note I had cheese in the omelette, and wasnt paying attention when making the eggs and threw it in. No more cheese in them.
