Never said I was going to get this lip. I simply asked a question. I bet if this year came with this lip everyone would rock it right? lol. It looks decent IMO. People rock the Fit lip on the 99-00 front end but that year never came with that lip right. As for the sticker I still think they make those wheels look good. i looked for Rota Track R stickers but couldn't find them. So i got the Sprint Harts. I'm not trying to fool anyone. Just tryna achieve a look. Real Sprint Harts are only worth $600-$800 a set over in japan. So anyone who pays $2500 is getting f**ked in the ass. Plus this is my dd. Why would I dd $2500 wheels. There is a set of real 15' Mugen wheels for sale here in CT for $1000. I could have got them if i wanted to. They were only $50 more then what I paid for the wheels and tires. But its not worth DD a wheel that rare if I don't have a garage to park in at night. Plus they would be beat in a year. Rare wheels are not worth DD for the price they cost. So ill rock my reps and look good doing it.

That's fine. No problem with what you want to do with your wheels just know It will draw attention to the viewer's eye and a. they will see through the stickers or b. they will want to steal. I don't mind the idea but I wouldn't put CCW center caps on my XXR531's IMO. As for the lip I am pretty sure that is just a type-r lip pictured above that is fitted for a 96-98 not the em1 lip. The design on the lower grill and bottom of the bumper on the 96-98 is larger(grill) and shorter(bottom) than the 99-00. So cut an refab for an EM1 lip could make it work on a 96-98.
I saw the picture on HT so I asked if you guys liked it and I get flamed lol. Honestly I wouldn't rock that lip either but its the first time a seen it done and I said to myself wow it almost look like it could have came on this year. But i in no way am tryna make it seem as I have the real deal. I just like the red lettering. If I found stickers that said Rota I would have got them. Now if anyone knows a place that has them let me know and I'd be more then happy to buy them.
You weren't. I just don't like people assuming I was putting it on my car when I just asked that's all. I happen to know of the kid who owned that car at the time that picture was taken. He now has a K20z3 swapped civic. I respect other people's builds and ideas no matter how crazy. Everything has been done when it comes to civics so I say do what you want. The 99-00 civic type r lip is the EXACT SAME as a 99-00 Si lip. The one pictured is that bullshit replica type r lip. Either versionof the 99-00 lip doesn't flow with the lower lines on the 96-98 civics. And those that fit the Fit lip on their car don't like right either because it actually doesn't even fit on
