Is what good for the radiator?
Yup, allows for a little better axle angle and more options when it comes to fabricating a header for it. In a all motor race car it helps the angle of the intake as well.
The engine being that close to the front. Or is the radiator located somewhere else?
I think he means the engine right up against the rad like that.

Anf - you look like you have thin hair..? Maybe? I don't like my hair... It's thick, grows out straight and there are 2 cowlicks in the back. I would love to grow my hair out long like that but I look horrible with long hair because of the way it grows.
