Hey! I need your cooking expertise, what's a good way to cook asparagus? I was going to stir fry with like olive oil, or is that a bad idea?

I've been sick for the last couple weeks, and went to the doctor last Friday. I was put on a second inhaler called ProAir that I have to take four times a day on top of my Advair that I have to take twice a day. I also have to take a nasal spray, and cough/cold medicine. I've gone through like two boxes of tissues in a week, and I cough so hard I can taste blood, and it makes my body hurt. Last night, I could not sleep more than two hours at a time.
The other day, I woke up at like 1 am and coughed so hard I felt like I had fallen and landed straight on my shoulder blade. My throat constantly hurts and I just overall feel terrible. I go back to the doctor on Friday so hopefully he can tell me something different.

I know they're good roasted in the oven lightly coated in olive oil. Not sure about stir fry though. I've had them steamed and they're good that wayI guess
