I know they're good roasted in the oven lightly coated in olive oil. Not sure about stir fry though. I've had them steamed and they're good that way

Mmmm that sounds awesome. I just didn't want to mess with the grill. I was being lazy.

Sautéed would work fine. I got nervous when you said stir fry because stir fry typically means high heat and asparagus would burn before it cooked.

But yeah low to medium heat sautéing will be fine

The semi that im supposed to drive home wont pass DOT inspection so its out of service and i dont have any other way home. This is ridiculous.
