NEED HELP!!!! Why does my RPMS drop when I'm accelerating?

Have a 99 Honda civic EX Automatic. I put a full exhaust from a Megan Racing 4-2-1 Header to Megan Racing Resonator and a Spec D Tuning Cat back. Only had room to put a o2 sensor in the Resonator so didn't have the one in the header all winter. So I bought a spacer elbow when it connects to the header curves and the o2 goes into the other side so the o2 sensor won't hit the bottom of the car. So I finally installed it and now when I accelerate the RPMs hesitate or drop like I'm not pusing the gas anymore and when it's idling it seems like it wants to stall because of low the RPMs get. Can anyone help me without telling me to go to a mechanic.... Thanks

CEL codes?

Don't have any. It had one before I put the o2 sensor in then I cleared it and it started once I started it back up but didn't do it before the o2 sensor was installed in the header .:what:

Not sure what you are saying here^. Is a CEL code thrown or not?

Post pics of the primary O2 sensor location and installation.

If you now unplug the primary O2 sensor, does the engine run much better?

I mean like it was throwing a o2 code because I only had one o2 sensor in then why I put in the second one I cleared the codes and then it started running like that but no codes.
