Yeah mine is on custom now but before I dialed in my settings mine stayed on vivid. It looked way better than on energy savings. My dad has my TV set on energy savings mode, so I turned it on vivid to play ps3, and it looks so much better.

Energy savings is just so dark. I don't touch it though or else my dad will have a fit.Yeah mine is on custom now but before I dialed in my settings mine stayed on vivid. It looked way better than on energy savings.

Its kind of hard not to when your work has it on the 46 inch TV in the breakroom, and you're not allowed to change it.Don't watch the news then
Just got home from work, I left a fledgling bird outside near some bushes with a few nests this morning and he's gone now. Hope that means he found his way and is okay. I'm a sucker for animals
I leave my ambient backlight sensor on (essentially the same thing as energy saving I guess). It looks great on vivid, but we have a huge theater-like living room which makes it look great regardless haha.Energy savings is just so dark. I don't touch it though or else my dad will have a fit.

Just put it back when you're done it's really not that big of a difference though... The thing costs like 12 bucks to run for a year lolEnergy savings is just so dark. I don't touch it though or else my dad will have a fit.
