It helped me a lot. I remember trying to learn how to ride a four wheeler as a kid, and having trouble. And I rode a dirt bike after I learned how to drive a manual car. It made it loads easier. Didn't make me an expert, lol, but gave me a head start. One less thing to give me trouble. Once you get a hang of changing gears with your foot it's not too bad.

I started out riding dirt bikes before I could drive, and it didn't help for s**t with driving a manual car lol. The concept is the same, though. You just have to grow a pair, hop on a bike, and start off SLOW. That's the best way to learn.

lol. I have a friend that lives in Denver and she posted a picture of snow too. I lol'd.

This is one of those nights I REALLY wish I had a girlfriend/wife. It's so nice out. Driving home, passing the canal, and seeing all these couples walking and sitting together just hanging out... /lesigh

Maybe if you grew a pair john you would have one. Go on Match.com that's how I found mine. Had a great time with my woman tonight

I think knowing how to drive stick/ understanding how a clutch works with the throttle makes all the difference.

I know how to drive stick, but not having a manual car makes it hard to practice. I've been trying so hard to find one without settling.

got my new phone last night, now sitting at work bored bc our servers are down.

Oh, and found out that in the state of MO, there are no emissions testings required for plate renewal if you out under 12k on your car over two years. YESSSSSS!

Took today off. Ive been putting in lots of hours and im runninv out of time to get this damn truck presentable so i decided to see what i can get done on it today since its supposed to be a nice day.

So i woke up made coffee and cleaned the kitchen. Then took my daughter to school and am now taking a coffee s**t while typing this lol.

Its still pretty chilly outside so imma f**k around searching for parts and s**t for a bit then head out to the garage...

It depends on ur tags. You can buy them yearly or bi yearly. Every renewal requires safety, but emissions depending on ur county.

So far I've only put on about 9000, so I'll be fine.

That's exactly what one of my co-workers said. He said he's been riding for a really long time (grew up dirt bikes I think) and said it really helps if you know how to drive a manual car already. I've only ever owned a manual so I'm hoping that will give me a huge head start on learning how to ride.

My problem was getting used to the hand throttle versus it being a foot pedal. That was the biggest obstacle.

It was cute my first time. I tipped the bike over on me the first time I tried to ride it, then my boyfriend pushed me on it and held the back of the bike for me to try to find my balance.
