Just gotta stay relaxed and work on 1 thing at a time. Get that thing done, move to the next. Blow some black smoke from the Cummins onto a Prius to calm your nerves and stop doing stuff by yourself when it requires 2 people ;) lol. You'll get it done in plenty of time. I have faith.
Lol for one my cummins doesnt blow black smoke ;)

For two, i start something with intentions of finishing and either i have to order parts or run to the store for something or something else ends up needing done before i can finish what i started. Its a viscious cycle.

I spent the whole afternoon dealing with the wind and trying to get the engine mocked back in place.

Ive had some small issues with getting my sheetmetal gaps perfect. So i figured i would work on all of that today. I guess its kind of expected to have stuff be a little off as much cutting and welding as ive done on this truck, but that s**t drives me nuts.

Only pic i took tonight. Getting s**t lined up.

hmm i never thought about cutting up suspension arms and stuff to lengthen or shorten them. a company makes drop spindles for civics, but they are a nice $500. i could probably just make them myself

talking to you is the worse yet best thing to ever happen to me when it comes to my car plans

if you had any idea how many filters and emissions components are on a new diesels exhaust, its damn near impossible, and if you do make it, the truck will throw itself into limp mode

I know nothing about diesels lol. I probably wont until I eventually buy one in 10 years when I can afford it lol.

Looks good Chris and I'm just trying to keep ya motivated lol. I'm getting excited just seeing it get closer.

You can change suspension ergonomics greatly by shortening or lengthening arms, putting in a bend or moving mounting points in, out, up or down its crazy.

Oh and you are welcome. :D

My truck is 100% deleted. Its just my tuner that is promgrammed not to slam excess fuel at it on WOT.

My programmer shuts off check engine lights but has diagnostics internally. Pretty wicked s***.

yeah i have to look into all this for when i raise my strut towers and try to get it so the car will lay out, its going to be a b***h and a half

ah well yeah if you over ride the computer that will do it, but its no longer just a matter of just turning up the fuel pump. when we would look over diesels and had to learn there exhausts it was rediculous and if you screw with one little part without a reprogram you went to limp d**k mode

Well i was going to wait until tonight to post updates.

Was hoping to get home from work and get a full day in the garage but its turning into a longer day than expected.

So i borrowed a tubing bender and started messing around and came up with this for the rear bridge setup.

Picked up heim joints.

Two down. Two to go.

I also got a plethora of gauges from fab9tuning.

Aem truboost gauge/boost controller, aem oil pressure and temp gauge

Hoping to get the arms done today and start setting up the rear end
