I think I'm a little more successful than others right now, and I draw my self worth from my morals and how I follow those morals. Of course if I stray from them I won't have too much self worth.

It seems that way, but for some reason I always b***h out when it comes talking to random girls I see at public places. It's like I want to talk to them, but I don't want to be that guy who comes off as a douche.
well that is because you would be a douche if you went up to random girls and asked them out. if there is a chance for you to interject without being obtrusive then go for it, but its takes time its a trial and error. for instance. two ponies looking at a menu in a resturant, you hear them saying i cant decide, if you think that you can slip in a personal favorite go for it, deliver it with a smile and then walk away. that is how you be a not douche bag. an example of how not to do it. two girls in victorias secrets, looking at underwear... do not give your opinion. that is douche baggy. remember a confident man doesnt need to approach a woman. you dont want to look desperate.
This makes sense, what also works for me is just to give a "pony" a compliment on her appearance(such as cute shoes or nice hair I like it) and walk away. Then after that they either give me their number or keep the flirt going.
that is creepy, avoid that s**t. you come off gay.
It doesn't seem like it if it works most of the time, but the more I think I about it I think you're right it does seem creepy.

I got one for you. There's this girl that I became friends with about 2 months ago we exchanged numbers and hung out a few times as friends. But now I've realized that I like her as more than a friend and I'm not sure how to approach it because I don't want to make it awkward between the two of us.
