Idk, he seemed like he was mad at me, like I didn't tell him everything. He drove it, he knew it slipped bad, and I told him I have that other auto sitting in my garage he can have and he said he'd talk to me tomorrow cause he had to go to bed.

And Osiris since you told him everything and he knew that tranny was going and you're offering him another one I don't see how this about be your problem. You're probably one of the most helpful person to trade a car. A lot of them are douches and don't tell you anything and if a part fails that they knew about they don't offer a replacement. So, I think you're all good.
Well I didn't trade, he bought my car and I bought another one. But I was straight up with him because I know him from school and I'm offering him the trans instead of selling it cause I feel bad and kneww the trans,mission wasn't going to last long, but figured he knew that.

I still say its not your problem as long as u told him at the time of sale. Offering the trans is the right thing to do but not necesary.
C'mon Osiris, he should know what's going on and I doubt he didn't know when he bought it. It's his problem and I give you props for offering another tranny but I don't see why he has a right to be pissed and why you should give him the tranny if he willingly wanted it the way it was and is now pissed.
He just came off as pissed off, probably because of the fact that a transmission rebuild isn't cheap, not for the fact that I sold him my poor conditioned integra. I know I don't have to give him it, but I'm not gonna be like that. I haven't gotten any interest in the trans anyways. I just want the damn thing out of my garage.

No, transfered title, paid cash, and he scrutinized the hell out of the car. Took it out on the highway, stepped on the pedal, etc

Exactly my thoughts. Screw the guy. If he drove the car he knew it had issues regardless of being informed. Give him the tranny so it's out of your garage, offer no info so he can't come back for more, and move on.

Well, Being a cool seller isn't going to win you any points unless this guy is willing to do the same for you in the future but even then...and imo if he is already rubbing off as pissed he probably is and probably shouldn't get the tranny. Im not saying you want to gain points or anything but in today's world if you aren't a d**k you're a chump. plain and simple. sell the tranny, scrap it for cash, or give it away to somebody wanting to build a good tranny for the fun of it but I don't think you should give it to him because he is now aware he's in over his head.

Yes I actually am broke, but what college student isn't(Except the ones who are born with a silver spoon in their mouth or older people who go back to college)? I guess you're right, it wasn't a rip off, but more of a waste of time and resources. And quite frankly, You can find as immature as you want I don't care. I'm 19 and still have time to mature, so I'm gonna be immature while I still can. As far as what she could offer. She wanted to give me head, but since she wasn't of age I'm not even touching that.
