Sounds like my job. My new managers are arrogant and have no idea what they're doing, but like to threaten everyone that they're not doing their jobs correctly.

I work for a medium-sized, family owned company (my boss is one of three siblings that run this company). Boss is going through a divorce, and handles it worse than anyone I've ever seen. She comes in and lashes out at everyone in the office for absolutely nothing, micro-manages things she absolutely does not understand (example: as the Systems Administrator, I'm responsible for anything and everything technical related, save our security cameras. She can't even log in to her Windows 8 workstation without help, and is asking me what I'm doing to our SQL database, and wants answers in miniscule detail..I'll explain it to her, and she gets frustrated and asks me to explain it "in english, not jargon"... just know it works quite efficiently, and stop poking and prodding). I'm way underpaid, and overworked here. I'm being taken advantage of, but there's no other companies hiring this caliber of work in my area. I've started expanding my search to the next county over. May need to move, but I'm a-okay with that haha.
Audio Engineering. I can't get a good job in the music industry here in Houston, but Nashville is the place to be. Plus the school is super high ranked for that program. So it was a no brainer. I don't get any financial aid though :/
Ah dude. I don't want to be a buzzkill by any means, so please take this as my opinion and nothing else: take it from someone who once wanted to own a studio (I'm a hobby engineer, and have been doing it for about 10 years now) - the music industry is absolute horseshit. If you do decide to pursue this career, be mindful of the fact you will be used, taken advantage of constantly, low-balled, and given completely unrealistic deadlines (new band can't record to a click, you have TWO WEEKS to track a full length 12 track LP they haven't even written yet. Oh, and the guitar player can't even tune his s**t). I'm not joking.
