That's a really good idea.Buy fans and put buckets of ice behind them. Works wonders.
I'm playing it pretty loose, not really tying myself down to any one plan. I'm waiting for the market to go back down so I can drop on some cashflow properties to flip in the next cycle. That's how most of my friends made their money, I just haven't had the credit to make a moveAnd how are u preparing for being old and retirement?
Saw that movie in theatres it was pretty funny. Glad the ol man is okay. How did he lay it down?Had a really relaxing weekend. I had alone time on Saturday and got stuff done and then Matt and I had our day together yesterday. Made breakfast together, tanned outside, helped but his bike in his friends garage (he laid it down on Saturday, he's okay though. I was NOT happy), then made a KILLER dinner last night. He grilled up a steak, I sauteed some asparagus and made garlic pasta and got some red wine. Then watched Identity Thief. Actually pretty funny. But a lazy weekend was so nice we've been doing better lately.
You can also take a wet towel (not dripping wet as that can short the motor if it drips down to it) and drape it halfway over the fan. The air pushing through the wet towel will be colder than the normal air. It's basically a makeshift ghetto swamp cooler.Buy fans and put buckets of ice behind them. Works wonders.
In the new one?Put some rockford fosgate rear speakers in today. Also ran all the wires for my subwoofers.

See, I have nothing planned for retirement.. this company doesn't offer a 401k, we have shitty benefits, and no room for promotion/growth. It's dead end, so I'm getting out of here asap. Just using it as experience on my resume, considering I run three different networks with about 50 workstations total. And how are u preparing for being old and retirement?
I won't see retirement until my 60's I'm sure. Unless one of my business ventures actually takes off haha. That's one way to live
I plan on retiring at 40.
So they hired someone with little experience for the job you were going for? WUTAbout to strangle the new hire that is working as my counterpart. I was promoted 2 months ago. I was interviewing people to back fill my position and we interviewed this person and didn't like them cause they had no experience and they would have had to spoon feed them info constantly. Well, they decided to hire them for a more advanced role (my new position) and have them work/learn from me.
I've been considering ForEx trading. I'm good at it (demo accounts, I tend to comp at least 100% in a 4 hour period). It's always nerve racking doing any sort of trading, though...I'm playing it pretty loose, not really tying myself down to any one plan. He was being a doofus and trying to keep up with 2 1200cc Buells on the Fzr. He was smashing on a road that he didn't know, came in hot around a corner where a stop sign was shortly after. His two buddies were stopped side by side with about a bike width in between them. He locked up his front, then his rear side then tried to shoot the gap. His leg hit one of their rear tires then bounced off, and his bike hit the others and knocked him over. Then he proceeded to high side off his bike, rolled, then popped back up onto his feet.Saw that movie in theatres it was pretty funny. Glad the ol man is okay. How did he lay it down?

I've played with that a couple times. It's been a while, I may go back and check it out again. I'm not extremely great with numbers, I'm more prone to sales. Ahh gotcha. If I had the money, I'd love to get into flipping houses. I think I could profit off that (I'm super DIY).I've played with that a couple times. I'm in the same boat. There's a house next to us that's unfinished and been on the market for a month and just dropped to $50k. It's more of a cabin really, but is rent-able at about $1000/month so we figure someone would probably buy it to use as a rental if it were done. Wifey and I were thinking about picking it up, finishing it, and then flipping it but it's sketchy. I'm having great luck flipping cars right now and have been building up a solid cash reserve but having never done a house before I'd hate to put all my hard earned cash into something and lose it all in the first go aroundAhh gotcha. See, I'm single, and have nothing to lose. I wouldn't mind gambling at all! I can see how that could be different for you, though!I'm in the same boat. Ouch! Lesson learned, eh? How'd the bike come out?He was being a doofus and trying to keep up with 2 1200cc Buells on the Fzr. Exactly. I never have a single issue with my bank (aside from them sneaking in $5 service fees, but it's $5.. who cares?). I always see the ghetto ass people whining/complaining about bank issues. We have a social command center in our corporate office, it's the people who work twitter for the bank and it has 2 giant tv's outside that show all the tweets of people. I swear reading some of them are the funniest thing ever. People saying how our bank has ruined their lives and how they can't access their check the deposited because its on hold and can't eat.. It's always the poor and dumb people who seem to have issues haha.
