Civic B18B1 swap loss of power!?

I have a 98 honda civic with a B18b1 swap. Recently I started having fuel issues, seems as if it was getting fuel or my fuel line is clogged. Sometimes the car will run just fine without a problem, then other times I can floor it and it acts as if I am not even giving it more gas. I have changed spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor button, ignition coil, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, used fuel system treatment. I don't see any leaks from my fuel injections nor fuel leaking from anywhere. I am sure my fuel pump is working as if it was dying it wouldn't have took two weeks to die. =/ What are your thoughts? I am thinking to change to ignition control module and maybe an o2 sensor. Maybe even fuel injectors or fuel pump. Most of this stuff is part of doing a major tune up so I was not too ill about replacing it, but now I am sick as I thought the problem would have been fixed. Thanks in advance for any advice.

What are you using for an ECU/tune?

Does it run fine when it's cold but bog down like that once it warms up? I had an issue like that a few years ago; it ended up being a bad o2 sensor.

i would check o2 sensors if not that fuel pump filter could be bunched up or dirty pull fuel pump out n clean or just replace

First things first: process of elimination. Start by borrowing another b18 ecu from a friend, plug it in, and drive. See if it drives fine, or the same. If it's fine, boom, your ecu has an issue. If it drives the same, then move onto the next issue. Since you've replaced all those parts already, next is fuel or combustion. Remember, it takes three things to get a car to run: fuel, spark, and combustion. If it's hesitating, check your 02 sensor to ensure it hasn't fouled, and ensure you have no exhaust leaks etc.

I will check these things out. Plan on cleaning the fuel injectors this weekend. See if that fixes it. Its straight pipe no cat. I only have one o2 sensor.
