Before you attempt to loosen these nuts spray it with pblaster for a few days ahead of time. Let it soak and break the rust so you don't snap the stud. lol!
Highly suggest to buy new copper nuts but I was cheap and used socket cap bolts. =)

here is the old headers and there is a leak on cylinder 4

He's saying you need to remove the old one before you put on the new one. This helped me, now I can finally swap out all the headers on my car.

Btw, Mopar Penetrating Oil is so much better than PB Blaster, in case no one has ever heard of it or used it. It doesn't just run off, it sits and foams up and works insanely well for this. I found it when I broke the downpipe cat on my WRX and the Subaru place I got parts from also sold Jeep / Chrysler, so the guy sold me on it. Crazy stuff.

Moved the thread out of the DIY section because it doesn't really fit the format for a diy. It's just a before and after thing, not really a step by step on how to do it...

my beef with the ebay ss header is the primary O2 location is impossible to install on the 1999 civic EX coupe. The location is underneath the CV input shaft joint.

anyways to cut the story short, i used the O2 location at the radiator like the D16Y7 and extended the O2 wiring.
