If his parents live in Indian Hill then they must be going to the Eastgate one.
Eastgate is the one! That place is HUGE. The beer section blew me away. They had some really hard to find crafts.
I just feel a rush of emotions all at once. I feel like a freaking pansy at the moment.
I move into school on Saturday, so I'm nervous as hell about that, but at the same time I'm really excited and can't wait to go. My phone basically took a s*** as well, and the stress of getting everything packed up and together, and leaving all my friends and family behind for awhile is taking its toll on me.This will be the first time I have ever been away from this city for an extended amount of time. I don't know why it's so nerve racking. Also, for some ungodly dumb reason I have been talking to my ex girlfriend for the last few days, and she's been saying she misses me, and all these stupid ass emotions keep rushing back and making me say stupid s*** that I know I don't mean to say because I know what she did to me, but for some reason, I'm all of sudden thinking of her again and missing her too. It's f***ing annoying lol.
Then my financial situation for school is scaring me as well. Trying to transfer up to a store near my school is becoming a daunting task thanks to my great (sarcasm) management at my store and it's just messing with everything else as I'm set to move up there with no issues. This day has been nothing but a freaking rollercoaster in terms of my thoughts. It really set in that I will be leaving in less than a week and moving on to the next part of my life, and will be the first in my immediate to accomplish that. The fact that my parents are so proud of me and keep encouraging me is what makes me feel okay about all of this. Then there is the thought i have in the back of my mind where I have so many goals I want to accomplish for myself as a person, that will be difficult to juggle along with my school schedule and working. I pretty much have had a set plan, but today my brain just kind of took a nose dive if you understand what I mean.
That's all perfectly natural man, don't beat yourself up over it. Moving out for the first time is nerve-racking, but you will be SO much happier in the end. You'll grow from this experience in the best way possible, and you'll be bettering your future while doing it. This is the start of an entirely new and better life for you. You'll be glad you did this in a few months, trust!
Man.. So I usually work 11-close (we close at 8 on Mondays) on Monday, but since the day manager was on vacation all week last week and I worked doubles all week to cover for him, he said he'd have me come in at 2:00 on Monday to give me a little break. Well he didn't schedule anyone to cover that time so I just got woken up by the boss to tell me
I need to come in at 11. That means at this exact moment I need to roll out of bed, shower and head out the door. NOT the way I wanted to start the day. f***ing piece of s*** day manager not knowing how to make a f***ing schedule. To make matters worse, it's my girlfriend's (who I live with) brother.
Dude, you really need a new job. That's b/s. My company would flip s*** if I had to work that many hours.. doubt they could afford it
Not entirely, I run in to them every now and again but it had been a while since I saw one again; Especially up and close and with minor modifications.
I see them all the time! I'm surprised you don't see more of em. They're constantly along PCH during the summer, along with Lambos, Ferraris, Bentleys, Rolls Royce Phantoms etc.
Craziest car I saw was an original (or so the owner said.. don't doubt it though) Shelby Cobra. Ridiculous car.
I need to take a vacation soon. Not s*** to do but I've got the PTO for it and shouldn't be working here too much longer so I don't wanna waste it all. Hopefully getting a job at coca-cola within a month
Same here man. I have a week's vacation just sitting there, along with a half week of PTO. I think I'll use a few days to visit my folks for xmas, and use the rest to go up the coast to Oregon.
Weekend was fun. A buddy of mine came up from Orange County to visit. He brought with him some Horchata flavored beer we've yet to try. Went and saw Elysium with friends on Saturday.. Badass movie, btw guys. It's definitely worth checking out, if you liked District 9.
Sunday was a 8 mile bike ride, which was really nice. Just lazy slow bike ride, but it felt good. Now back to the grind!
