I honestly don't know, at first I thought they just wanted people to try and pass them up so that they can shoot out but they don't. I was in my friends hatch and passed the Maserati going uphill into the 110 and they just kept rolling at the same speed. Even on the highway they were kind of slow, I don't get it.
I've had the same issue haha. Was driving an STi, and had a Maserati pacing me (or so I thought). Stopped at a light, and was expecting dude to take off (in which case, he would have been smashed), but he didn't. He rolled his window down about a block up, and it was an older dude chewing sunflower seeds lol. They just like to roll in style, which is alright in my book, so long as they don't hold up traffic.

hahaha each owner I have seen is always eating in their Maserati! They also seem of age but they are slow af. Rolling in style is fine in my book too but damn they have to pick up the pace lol.

Lol agreed!

Okay, question guys.. Sedan or coupe?

Sedan:

Coupe:

I love the coupe, but I'm thinking long-term, the sedan might be a good idea. Both cars are nice.. coupe speaks to me a little bit more. Let me know what you guys think. I love them both, so this is a bit of a tough decision for me haha.

Also, yes, I'm getting out of this game. Just got confirmation that I'll be able to actually get a car soon, so saving begins now. Still gotta rebuild the motor in my Civic, then I want this f**kin thing GONE lol.

See, that's my thought too! Also, the insurance and car payment is a pretty big difference! They look ridiculous with the M3 Aero front lip. I'll see if I can find a pic of what I want to do to it haha.

The Sedan just looks too good in that pic. The other never had a chance lol but Im not a fan of sedans. I would choose the coupe if it looked better.

Tokyo, Congratulation on your future new car. Somethings to consider that can help choose sedan or coupe.

1.) Is the intent of this car to be a family car? (that's IF you even have a family)

2.) Will this be your one and only car?

3.) Are you the type of person who likes to haul friends, all the time?

4.) Price / mpgs / insurance / payment/

5.) In general - do you lke big cars or small cars?

I'd say sedan because there have been so many times when I wished my coupe had 2 extra doors. I'd be more practical even if it's just you.

Thank you sir! I've been researching and researching like mad. The sedans tend to be much more reliable (fuel pumps in the coupes have been known to fail, which is very expensive through BMW outside of a warranty, but cheap if you go Walbro, which everyone does haha).

1.) I'm single, but do plan on having a family some day, and this car will be relatively long-term (at least 5 years).

2.) Yes, I'll have this car only.

3.) I don't mind hauling friends at all. I don't do it regularly, but when I do, having a coupe is a huge inconvenience for everyone, including myself.

4.) Bingo. That stuff is a big difference (aside from MPG) on the sedan. Significantly cheaper.. I'm talking like $50 a month for insurance, and about $80 month in pricetag.

5.) I prefer smaller cars, to be honest.

I'm right there, man. My mom has a 325i that's a sedan, and it's really really nice.

Me personally? I would choose the coupe. I've owned five cars, one four door. If you have a kid and need to put in a car seat, just move the passenger seat forward. I CANNOT STAND people that are like "oh I can't have a two door because I have a child" if you have two or more, sure. One? No.

The insurance and payment is completely up to you though, it's all in what you want.

When I went to go compare C63's & M3's, I went with a sedan for the Bimmer and I'd suggest that. Back seat is useless in the coupe.

Normally, I will have my mind made up, and I'm sticking to it. I've been looking at the coupes a lot, and just now started looking at the sedans. They are, aesthetically, pretty different. The coupe's rear end is pretty nice, but the sedans is way nice with a diffuser and trunk lid. Makes the car look 100x better. Also, yeah, I can see where both you, and people with kids are coming from. It sucks dealing with putting your kid in and out of a coupe. I had to do that with my niece in my sister's Mustang. HATED it.

If I were able to afford the M3, I definitely would get it. Maybe in the future lol. For this little 335i, though, the sedan is looking more and more appealing. My buddy has a 328 coupe, and hates the back seats as well.

I don't understand people that buy coupes and then complain about the back seat. Most coupe owners, myself included never use the back seat. If we did, we'd buy a sedan....

Anyhow, it's another stormy Monday. I've only got my desk lamp on bc it's so dark and I love it. Wanna fall asleep now.

I don't mind mine. I've owned one sedan in my entire life (huge POS EF Sedan that I hated with a fiery passion), and at the time, I could care less about having 4 doors. Now, though, it's much more practical.

I've never owned one and now it's all I want. Odd how things change as we mature.

Long story short, we went to 7th Street, my teammates car was surging idle and sputtering, figure out the intake manifold has a bad gasket after a couple weeks of using it, so we tape it up.
This morning I post the pic of the IM taped up and then it blows the f**k up. People I don't even know are commenting talking s**t to me, backing me up, and everything in between. It got enough exposure for Skunk2 themselves to actually comment on my photo.
