Not the one pictured anyway, i do have an image in my head of a bedroom with the same styling and i think it would be great; but i havent found a picture of anything that remotely looks like it. My tastes are always out of whack though so...

Like most businesses they're on scheduled timers.

We and others in my complex had to complain about our sprinkler system when we got a month of rain. It was daily pools of water and drawing more mosquitoes.

It's costly to alter ur schedule for the sprinklers bc you're billed for periods not use. Hence being timed.

My parents house is a 5 bedroom for right around 1400 a month. Doesn't sound too off for my local market. :O

I'm guessing you live closer to the city? I'm about an hour away from Atlanta.

I'm an hour away from Minneapolis. And an hour away from Rochester. I'm in the middle of nowhere. Most my friends places are $500 a month 2 bedrooms. But all that's available are like $400,000 historic Lakeview homes

I say keep it. And my 2 bedrooms mortgage with my dad is 1100 but the lot alone is worth more than the house.

We have a tiny ass lot, with a concrete backyard. California real estate is nuts. Closer to the beach, a studio will run you in the $3k range, easy.
