Even if they didn't put ur transfer thru ur still on the schedule and filled out paperwork for that store. That's zero excuse as to why they cannot pay you.

I don't understand why I don't have my money than. I have 20 hours unpaid so far. I worked last week and the week before. Now the store I'm working at has no hours for me so I'm not working for a couple of weeks. My mom called HR and talked to the manager at home and they said I should've gotten my direct deposit today. However. I did not receive it.
She called HR again today and they haven't answered her yet. I really need the money.

New locations can hold the 1st check, just like any employer can. If you started on the off week or if u didn't, it's completely legal to hold.
