Hello Everyone

Just wanted to take a quick minute to say hello to everyone here and introduce myself. First I want to say that I know nothing about cars at all. Growing up no one in my family worked on cars so I never got into them. No one was around that would work on or fix them. They always took them to the shop. I never learned how to drive a manual either. I just bought 96 civic hatch in July. There's something about hatches that draw me to them. Everything on the car is stock except the previous owned put in a short air intake and lowered it. I'm using this for my everyday driver and I know it's not a race car. It's pretty slow and I'm good with that. Here's a few pics of it.

I live in Wisconsin so the winters are pretty bad here with snow. What would I have to buy to raise the car up so I don't get stuck in the snow? Are there any mods that you would recommend me to do? Is there anything that would improve gas mileage or just everyday functions? Thanks for you time and hope to hear from you guys. Any info is good info.

paint the hood, go lower, and take off that stupid ass new driver sticker on the fender , then it will be clean as s**t.

Thanks for the suggestion. The hood has a wrap on it to give it a carbon fiber look.

must be the cheap stuff, the good 3m wrap is more matte looking and bad ass, id look into it if you are wanting to keep the look.

Same way in Georgia  last snow storm we had the department of transportation couldn't clear the roads and school/ businesses were closed for a week.
