heres another one. all stock..well except for some ordinary mods.
http://clarksville.craigslist.org/cto/

Hes in the army...had it since 2011 when he bought with 100k...has no idea about much of anything on it....not even the exhaust tip.

wants 6500 which is pricey, as i could go witha gsr swap for that much.
this is stock though and all black which is pretty nice.
4800 to much or to low in your opinion? That is if its running top notch.

Thread moved out of the tech section as there isn't a tech question.

FYI the link doesn't work. Goes to the CL search screen.

Your link just goes to a craigslist search with all the Civic's posted. I scrolled down to find what I think is the one you're looking at? Murded out 2000 Si?

IMO, $5k is on the money for an EM1 in mostly stock condition. It's pretty much understood that you will not get your money back on the mods so his price is a little on the high side. I don't think you're out of line with 4800 and the murdered out look is too ... blah. I did it once on a 350z I had 9 years ago and hated it. Lose the tint at the very least.

Anyway... For me, I wouldn't go over 5500 if I HAD to have it. 4500 if it didn't really matter one way or the other. Civics are a dime a dozen so you're on the right side of the deal here. Don't be scared to walk and always consider what your resale value will be come time to sell. You know you'll never get 55-6k back, but 45.... You'll be sittn' pretty! :thumbs up

Yeah, I saw that the last time you posted. Looks clean. I'm a little sketched out by the fact he says he has dyno results but then doesn't take the time to post the #'s. Odd if you ask me. Would never pay $8k for an EM1 though in any condition. I'm always thinking about my resale options and your modded Civic market is SUPER limited once you get into the 5+ range. Unless you can part it out and get back down to 5k ish, i'd walk.

right, seeing its 1.30 hours away, its not worth it for a civic atleast.

i may pass on the black si...as it seems cheap...the rims....the tint...seems cheap...

ill keep an eye out though...if nothing happens in the next 5 days or so I may just go for it....
