Civic idle problem WITH VIDEO

Hi guys, at idle my cars idle will drop then come back to life over and over again, I set it at about 1400 rpm to smooth out the idle because of the stiff mounts, but why is the idle dipping. Here is a video.

Did you just install the mounts now? If so did you happen to disconnect any vacuum lines anywhere?

its either a disconnected vacuum line on the intake mani or else a your tps is knackered or sticky. was the car left lying up

Pull the CEL codes, bleed the cooling system, and clean the IACV.

What car and engine? Bone stock?

okay i went to autozone and they pullec p1457 which he said was gas cap and i bought one but light went on again. However i figured out why the idle was dipping continuously. I raised the throttle stop screw which let more air in so the car had to compensate by giving it more fuel hence the dip. So i backed that down to spec and now the car is okay however at idle if i rev it, it will go to 800 normal, surge to 1200 and slowly come down to 800 and stay there, What do you think?
