went to work as food delivery driver temporarily.
Car started overheated. I checked radiator every 2-3 hrs and filled up with anti freeze and eventually water.
Fans work fine.no leaks
I noticed oil was mixing in the radiator
Got it checked out guy told me the bottom hose was clogged, top hose leadin to engine was real hot.
So flushed out radiator and changed thermostat
car still oveheats it feels real hot where the gas and brake pedal are
My guess is its the water pump but before i go and change it i wanna know if i might be overlookin or maybe missed something?

If one hose is old and other is extremely hot it is the thermostat, the thermostat is not opening to cycle the hot water regularly.

There is a weep hold built into the thermostat that allows a very small about of water to pass through, only about 2-3mm in size. Once the cold water passes the wax pellet in the thermostat hardens up again and closes the thermostat again during normal operation.

So then do i change the thermostat again since its not working and how can i be sure if its a blown head gasket? It was only a little bit of oil in the radiator (looked like dirt) but that was before i flushed and drained the radiator

The head gasket is blown. Why would you replace the thermostat if the head gasket is blown? Slap yourself in the face and then ask whether your brain is awake. Then start planning on replacing the head gasket and firing your mechanic. Am I clear?
