00 civic w/b16a sir2 recommend launch rpm?

I have a b16a sir2 in an 00 civic ex coupe. It weighs 2450 pounds. Non lsd tranny. 195/50/15 tires on em1 si rims. tokico hp w/h&r sport springs. Makes about 200 hp w/ v2 cai and stage 2 bisi cams w/toda gears. I'm sorry if I don't know what info you need but please give me a rough estimate for those who have a b16a. Some say 4500. Only reason why i'm asking ahead of time is because i'm getting my cams installed while swap so I'm tuning before I get the car rolling.

no way you're making that much power with that setup, but regarding your question, there's a lot of variables involved. Your tire type, engine mounts, traction aids, clutch and flywheel, blah blah blah. This is something you have to find out through trial and error. Even if there was an identical setup to yours, that still wouldn't account for the driver.
