A/C air vent won't change direction.

I have an issue with my sedan, my A/C air vents are not switching where the air goes...the blower motor works and everything but I just don't hear the vents changing directions...any suggestions

You have to be kidding me. He gave you the first step to troubleshooting and you told him that you didn't know how to do it or where it even was. If you can't do it, the next step would be having someone that can.

What do you think is going to happen if you go somewhere else and say the same thing? Do you understand that you are wasting people's time if you ask them for help and you shoot down their advice and tell them that you can't do it?

You have already conceded that you are unable to troubleshoot. The somewhere else you are headed is straight to a mechanic to pay a lot of money.
