Friggin $2k for your chassis!? Man, I'd likely have stuck with my build if I got that clean of a chassis for that price haha.

This. ^

I paid 2000 for mine and neither of the windows work right, second gear pops out every now and then, and numerous other things. It's far from perfect

Bought this coupe from an old man, so it wasn't beat up so bad. A few shade tree mechanic fixes were done to it but nothing crazy.

Haven't really touched the car lately, just been trying to get some other plans underway. Been speaking with ALL IN fab about an intake manifold setup, but I may skip out on it after drooling over shooting the itb's in the mugen'd out del sol.

Threw the new upper water neck on. Took a whole five mintues, and then went back inside lol.

i have said it once i will say it again, your build has a very euro feel to it, i like it i bet you could even get a few euro heads to turn with the look of this motor, (aside from wrong wheel drive) ;) that adds a real tidyness to the motor, looks much more high class lol.

sound's like you've got some trans bearings that need replacing, or possibly some VERY bad motor/vibration mounts. Had similar problem with 3rd on my 92, and turned out the bearings on the end of the input shaft were toast

Input shaft bearings wouldn't necessarily be gear specific considering it's always spinning in every gear.

Got myself a gift after shopping for the family. Nothing major, but i've been wanting to change things up slightly for awhile. Pics and details later. Probably will jump back on these swaps parts in the next few weeks. Gotta recover from the holidays

Cool mirror. So Spoon is still making parts for old Civics? or is the Spoon parts you have left over inventory from the 98'?

Spoon only discontinued a few parts, eg, dc, and ek gauge clusters, and version 1 and 2 or their steering wheel, and the first generation mirrors. Most things have simply been revised or labeled due to all the fake s**t everywhere

Where did you get that mirror from?
Went to the homie Steve from Hmotorsonline.com I also got the windshield banner, resevoir covers, carbon lip, and steering wheel from him.
