Nah I would just like to drive it.Another awesome build I see. Going to autocross this one?
got this to my door for $250. If it were the $400 or so for the ones for sale I wouldn't own one right now.nice touch with the wing. I always wanted one of those Ferio duckbill wings for my 92, but could never afford the $300+ for the part and the outrageous shipping costs
Yeah the price of them compared to lesser quality parts store ones are also comparable which is why I got these. I'll be working on getting the rest of my suspension parts together as the weeks pass. I'll be ordering new struts, springs, and a camber kit. I'll be getting an alignment after I get it all on the car then on to getting it tuned. Once i do that I'll be painting a lot of the pieces and getting it ready to put together. I'll also be doing some priming, bodywork, and some work on my rear trailing arms tomorrow. Pics should be rolling in soon.I have the brembo blanks too. Good price for them compared to other good quality blank rotors.
oh noooz I see a Neon in the back there lolToday I had a pretty good experience with my car. It usually never goes smoothly but today I got a break. I stuck some tape down on the deck lid and lined up the spoiler, then pressed it down so it made some impressions in the tape. I looked underneath to make sure that the outer holes were within the factory indents in the frame. There is a center mounting hole in this spoiler. I lined it up the same way and bingo, it all worked fine. The "best" part was cutting the hole in the top of my deck lid or a grommet for the wiring to enter the trunk. I approached it timidly. I drilled a hole and used my dremmel to cut the rest out, test fitting it intermittently until it fit snugly. Then I finally got to bolt it up. The wiring was pretty simple. I just had to splice it into the existing brake light signal.
Other than that I just installed my new hood cable assembly, clips and new hood latch. No pics of that because they are pretty ho hum pieces. The spoiler will be naked and primed soon enough.
Holes drilled and grommet installed.
Installed and looking good
Looking real good from the back. She'll look way better when all the emblems are all installed.

its funny when i was younger i got brembo blanks for my coupe, and SWORE up and down they were knock offs due to the pricing, but low and behold that is what they cost.. one of the few cases where it seems to be too good to be true and its true and good!I have the brembo blanks too. Yeah I was happy to get mine for that price. I've got drilled and slotted Brembos on my rhd and they are more expensive. The coating that is on them is strange. It's like clear coat or something to keep it from rusting. It's probably gonna be a strange break in with some stanky stuff coming off. The Prothane bushings really are kinda lame to put in. The factory ones are easy enough to get out with the specialty tool. I hammered the first one in. That sucked pretty hard core. For the second bushing I used my specialty tool with a couple of sockets on the sides of the bushing sleeve and a couple of the old break pads bridging the gap. Needless to say if the brake pads weren't total trash before I used them for pressing the bushing in, they sure were when I was done. They were parts store pads and my press tool nearly bored hole in the top one and cracked both of them. It sure made my life easier though. My Majestic order isn't here yet so I didn't have my rear wheel bearings to finish the rears. I also have to press in my new ARP wheel studs once they arrive.its funny when i was younger i got brembo blanks for my coupe, and SWORE up and down they were knock offs due to the pricing, but low and behold that is what they cost.. one of the few cases where it seems to be too good to be true and its true and good!
