No you replace header with turbo manifold. Hope that you can mock up downpipe and flex with your exhaust. Have to remove intake to put in intercooler piping. Finally what are you going to tune it with.

You need to do a lot more research. Then find a tuner. No tuner and it will all be for nothing.

You have a lot of research to do. Please, consult with someone locally that can guide you first.

That would be great if I could find a tuner near me

You are like 50 miles from Louisville and even closer to Lexington. 502streetscene is the local car forum for Louisville, there are tuners there.

That, or drive up to Cincy and go to TPR or track down David Blundell aka "Blundar" on the forums. Dave is wthout a doubt one of the best Honda tuners in the US.

My favorite link to share:

http://www.beesandgoats.com/boostfaq/g2icturbo.html

Read that whole link thoroughly. You'll get a great understanding of how forced inductions works.

After that - set a $$$ goal. That will help you determine your power goal. Set $500 aside for tuning ALONE. That's the most important part of any forced induction system. You don't to blow up your car, right?

Cheap. Fast. Reliable. Pick two; the third is what your car will NEVER be.

Hope this helps you get started, and good luck! :thumbs up
