Hello friends,
I'm from Brazil and I have a 98 civic Ex A.t.
Here we also have related to civic forums, do meetings with various civic's
I apologize for not being fluent in English, but I'll try ...

In the U.S. the parts are much cheaper than in Brazil, the U.S. is a real toy store for people who like cars ...

I'll post pictures of my car and the meetings that we do here ...

thank's

:welcome: To ClubCivic man! Definitely post some pictures up, it's always interesting to see the "scene" from other countries!

Where in Brazil are you located? The place I work at has two offices in Brazil; one in Sao Paulo, the other in Rio, so I'm hoping to get out there to visit!

hey, I'm from sao paulo, that cool, where do you work?

the city of sao paulo is very big, never been to Rio de Janeiro, I've been on some beaches near rio de janeiro and are very beautiful, has a road that has several waterfalls that we can get, it is very good

in sao paulo has a lot of good too, but outside the city, in cities far from the center has a lot of good, since I imagine that in the center is similar to NY without tall building. Our biggest building has only 40 floors if I remember correctly.

Not only has the forest here as many think, but nothing compares to your country.

Talking about cars now, I'll post pics as soon as possible.

I'm sorry if I wrote something wrong.

Oh wow, that is very expensive! I went to Ecuador when I was 15 to visit my abuela and I don't remember prices being that expensive. A timing belt for 800 is unbelievable! Is it 800 US dollars?

Oi tudo bon. I loved Sao Paulo. I also went to massial not sure of spelling. I have family who lives there. Brasil is cheaper in somethings compared to the US such as I remember food and alcohol being cheaper. I also remember having like a house maid was cheaper. Electronics are double in price and vehicles are more expensive as well. I have not been there since 2006. I did not want to go back to the states. I miss going to the club and going to eat bbq.

just belt should be about 150,00

There are several complete kit on ebay

these could cost 800 ~ 900

no, I'm talking in my currency (coin, nickel?? ... lol)

in dollar should be 400 ~ 450 ...

but as I get real, we can not do this conversion ...

basically the kit would cost 800 ~ 900 dollar

so it there are so many Brazilians buying in miami ...

here is 11pm so i go to sleep

here is a disgrace, asphalts are terrible, some roads are good at, so

put big wheels and lowering the car is an act of courage ... hahahah

maid and nanny is not our custom to have,

I visited for a month. My exchange student lives there. That's why I say family. We became brothers. He was always saying how much better Brazilian bbq was. I had it while I was there and it was really good. My brotherwas working for Mitsubishi as a journalist now he works for something like Facebook. Ampfy is the name of it. So who is your favorite football team?

you have a very neat civic =) I noticed you guys in Brazil are into bigger rims on civics doesnt really suit civics I think. Its good to learn car culture around the world and whats in fashion and wats not in each country. I live in South Africa, bigger rims were in fashion back in the day, now days here we go more for the retro look.. like wide ass rims lol.. if the bbq in Brazil is siiiick.. you should try the bbq here in S.A lol we call it Braai, it actually originated here in SA, Its part of our Heritage here =)
